Job Description:
As a Planogram Specialist, you’ll be the mastermind behind how products are visually arranged in-store. Your layouts don’t just look good — they sell. You’ll use data, creativity, and retail insight to optimize shelf space and boost performance.
Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain planograms that maximize product visibility and sales impact

Analyze sales data and shopper behavior to inform layout decisions

Collaborate with category managers, merchandisers, and store teams to ensure flawless execution

Highlight high-margin and high-demand products through strategic placement

Work with planogram software tools (e.g. JDA, Spaceman, Shelf Logic) to build and optimize layouts
Candidate Profile:
As a Planogram Specialist, you’re not just detail-oriented — you see the bigger picture behind every shelf. You combine data with design, and strategy with execution.
What We’re Looking For:

Solid understanding of retail dynamics and shopper behavior

Ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable space planning

Previous experience in retail or a similar role is a strong plus

Hands-on experience with planogram software (JDA, Spaceman, etc.)

Basic knowledge of retail analytics and category management

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
